13:00- 13:45 TRX Flow (Mind&Body)
16:00- 16:30 TRX Suspension Training Express
16:45 – 17:45 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
18:30 – 19:15 TRX Fusion (Suspension Training and Rip Training)
Pe tot parcursul zilei o sa va puteti antrena in zona de cycling (biciclete stationare). Instructorii vor tine clasele din ora in ora.
